We are looking forward to qualifying your service as "Group Friendly". Of course, not all services have the ability to qualify for this unique distinction. The purpose of this site is to provide group leaders and tour planners the ability to find those who are both willing and able to accommodate large groups. The following FAQ's may address your own concerns. If not, do not hesitate to send us your questions. We will be happy to provide you with an answer.

Can any merchant qualify to be "Group Friendly"?

 

The only way a merchant qualifies to be "Group Friendly" is to meet and agree to all the criteria listed on the "Qualify Here" page of this site.

How will my service be marketed to groups?

 

Group Friendly will distribute information about your service along with other group friendly service providers to decision makers across the world. These decision makers will receive regular electronic distribution, printed catalog information as well as trade show and direct mail campaigns.

Is there a cost to be "Group Friendly"?

 

At this time, there is no fee to be a Group Friendly partner. You must qualify to be eligible for the Group Friendly designation.  There are additional opportunities on the site and campaigns to increase your exposure to group leaders and group travel professionals. These advertising options may be added for an additional fee.
